there are mods, I know, but don't achieve everything perfectly.

It's not only about bouncing while running/walking but also about displaying body parts like legs, chest and not only arms.

I don't mean to bump an old thread but.. there is a mod that does this.

It allows you to view your body, legs, arms, the third person animations are played in first person mode (ie: In first person you will put your hand over your face in a Ash Storm like you do in third person).

The tab key toggles between first-person and third person, or you can scroll with the mouse wheel.

If that's what you mean, then you're going to need to uninstall whichever mod you've installed that does that. From some googling, it could be Darknut's, but there might be others.

I checked in the original morrowind I don't have that, what else can I do?

OpenMW doesn't necessarily use the same game data as the original engine. Check the data= lines in your openmw.cfg to see if they match where you've got Morrowind installed.
