Occasional OpenMW Launcher Crash (48 release)

I usually get this after changing out a mod - or editing a mod data path. Just not really sure what causes it - only it "seems" to be after I have made changes - and the error pops up on Launcher exit or open. It's a big error report for such a minor thing - but maybe it can be quashed. :P

Can you please make a report on our issue tracker about this? We definitely don't like crashes.
