Wiki Needs Some Updating.

The Changelog hasn't been updated since 0.13.0 and the current download/latest news is all 0.14.0 from April 30th.

Just some minor updating needed. 2 new entries to the changelog and the download link title + current news updated to 0.15.0.

Interesting. I don't know if I personally should be messing with any of these of course because I know very little about the current phase of the project, plus many of those seem to be pages meant to be updated by the project leader her/himself [in this case Zini].
