loading Price Balance (the "apparatus" part of Price Balance) after At Home Alchemy breaks the effects of the latter.

This should be noted on both mod's pages and the CFG generator should be corrected.

An alternative would be to use the modular version of price balance and remove Price Balance – Apparatus.esp , then the load order doesn't matter.
