I've got the following .cfg entries pointing to the openmw directory for my mods:
data="C:\Program Files\OpenMW 0.46.0\Data Files\Rebirth"
data="C:\Program Files\OpenMW 0.46.0\Data Files\Regen"
data="C:\Program Files\OpenMW 0.46.0\Data Files\Purist"
data="C:\Program Files\OpenMW 0.46.0\Data Files\Graphic Herbs"
The problem is that when I use the launcher, there is no entry in the 'data files' tab that has herbalism listed. I don't know if it's using the new textures or not, but I do know that it is not using the 'autoloot' feature.

There's no .esp, so it won't be in the launcher - it'll "just work". Make sure your data path is correct - it must be pointing to the folder that actually has the "meshes" and "textures" folders. In the latest version, this would be the one that's labeled by default "00 Core + Vanilla Meshes"
