Fork MyGUI into OpenMW GitHub Project

According to the MyGUI GitHub page, that project hasn't seen any work from its developer since October 2017 and then it was only a pull request merge. Additionally the rate of updates to the repo have dwindled over the past several years.

I know that MyGUI is stable and mature and that this lack of big updates is perfectly fine for us.

However, the lack of bug fixes and also the lack of attention to the collection of pull-requests leads me to believe that the project (hosted at http://mygui.info/) might not be maintained by Altren (lead-dev) anymore.
Spoiler: Show
Should we fork and maintain a OpenMW version on our GitHub Organization page? (https://github.com/OpenMW)

If we did we could eventually prune out the Ogre3D related portions/Not care what we do to the Ogre3D compatibility.

You've almost answered your own question:

Anyone who wants to update MyGUI can already do so in a pull request. If you didn't know, I already have the Super Evil Powers (aka commit rights) to MyGUI so I can accept PRs. The reason there are a few hanging PR's is that I can't test Ogre3D and that the Travis CI is broken. Probably the CI should be fixed first and then maybe we could bring paroj (he's the Ogre dev) on as a maintainer for the Ogre3D backend and he could merge the Ogre3D PR's.

I have zero problems with Altren moving on to other things; in my opinion, MyGUI is essentially finished, apart from very few bugs.

Ah, I didn't know you had commit level access!

Maybe I should have a look at travis see about getting things updated. I used to have commit access... I was the admit that moved them from SF to GH... but I stepped down (or was booted?) so they could self-manage.
