As I remember from 15 years ago when I last played Morrowind, which it is a joy to return to, and I'm pretty sure that a menu button for Data Files was on the main menu. I don't see it.

Or is my memory faulty?

The data files button was only in the launcher. We also have one in the launcher, but it's a tab rather than a button.
