OpenMW is an amazing project I've been following it for a long time and recently decided to take the plunge and try to actually try a full playthrough.
It's going great, but there's a quirk with constant effect enchantments with value ranges that I wanted to ask about. I'm sorry if this has been covered before, I'm sure it has but I couldn't find it.
In original Morrowind when you enchant something with, say, 1-46 fortify agility the actual number is calculated when you don the item (and then begins the custom of re-donning it until you get the desired value).
In OpenMW this value is re-calculated on load (quick load, continuing a game and so on). Is this intentional, an oversight or a bug?

This is an unimplemented feature in the save format and will be added before version 1.0, see also issue #1648.
