The 20th anniversary of TES is coming next year

I've just found interesting information:

In 2004 Bethesda published TES:Arena to download for free (10th anniversary of TES)
In 2009 they published TES:Daggerfall for free (15th anniversary)

In 2014, there will be 20th anniversary... maybe Bethesda will have something special for us?

I'm not really sure that they'll publish Morrowind for free, because there are still people who buy it, but maybe...
Data files for free, how much this could increase our project popularity...

Could be right at the release of OpenMW v1.0.

I'm pretty sure that Bethesda will never release Morrowind for free. Seeing as how Morrowind in available on internet digital services like Steam along with its younger brothers, Oblivion and Skyrim, I imagine it's getting a lot of new players.

This is unlike Daggerfall, Arena or Redguard, which are all incompatible with modern hardware and OSes.

I'd like to see something cool from them though, and a free Morrowind would be really neat. Maybe Redguard is more likely, however.

More then likely considering Bethesda still makes money on Morrowind (steam). Also, PLEASE BATTLESPIRE!
