OMW 0.48 doesn't keep my sittings

I've a strange problem with the RC phase of OpenMW 0.48.
I set up my sittings on the laucher like visuals, camera, Game mechanics,... and when I launch the game, all the sittings goes to default. And it do that everytimes and doesn't save my sittings.

Which RC do you use (RC3 or older builds)? Which OS do you have? If it is Windows, do you have any non-latin characters in your username? Do you have any errors in log files (openmw.log and launcher.log)?

I haven't any errors in both .log so I retry to start and it finally work... I don't know why but everythings seems to be ok now. I use the last developement builds on Windows 10 64bits. I'don't have any non-latin characters.
