Recently got it lined out in cxbxr, BUT if the screen is upscaled the water texture that is generated goes whacky....(similar to how it looked before)...specifically I am looking for info on how the texture gets generated
There's a presentation Nvidia did back in the olden days when Morrowind was new that goes into some detail about how the shader works, but it didn't dig as deep as differences between the PC and Xbox versions. You should be able to find it with some googling.
