OpenMW is in a relatively new state, although a lot of things have been accomplished, its not complete. so you won't be able to do much more than fly around a cell I'm afraid. we are in constant development and our releases are merely to show what we have accomplished.
In terms of gameplay nothing has been implemented. but keep checking back and check our roadmap for when we expect to release certain features.
