Added my comments, which are mildly supportive.

There's another recent regression that I think I've seen - summoning a bound weapon is rather clumsy now, I will check if it's been reported already, if not I will check the circumstances and report it.

UPDATE - looks like it's a variant of the recent report at https://bugs.openmw.org/issues/4053

theres a really long discussion going on there(https://bugs.openmw.org/issues/4046#change-19608).. we need more people giving opinions and feedbacks on that matter.
