(Solved) OpenMW Launcher - What's This Button Do?

Posting this here because it isn't really relevant to anything else, I was just wondering if this box meant anything in particular. It looks to me like it's either a text display area that was never used or maybe a button that becomes active after certain conditions are met?

Note the blue arrow pointing towards it.
