ПРNПЛЫЛN, that is ПРИПЛЫЛИ means "(we have) sailed [somewhere]" in Russian with meaning of completedness of action. Basically "arrived" with the means of ship.
It's a quote of official Russian localization where Jiub's "I heard them say we've reached Morrowind." was translated like this: "Говорят, мы уже приплыли в Морроувинд" (verbatim: They say we've already arrived in Morrowind).
