Zini is absent

Post by sirherrbatka »

I don't want to talk about it, but i have no choice.

It seems that since a week zini has been missing. I'm worried. If anyone has any informations on this subject, please send me PM (do not post it here).

Current situation requires choosing a temporary new leader who can at least handle pull requests. Is there anyone up for this task?

Noticed it too. He hasn't been on the forums for over a week now. Would any of our most active devs like to temporarily overlook Zini's duties until he returns? I don't think he'd like it if he had such a large amount of administrative work to return to. Especially if he's dealing with a RL issue.

It would be nice if we could at least keep on track for the 0.27.0 release.

Also, I hope he's ok!

He is fine!

I just called him and had a bit of a chat. It turns out that there is something wrong with his Internet and a technician will be out today to hopefully fix the issue.

Sooo.... moral of the story: no worries, relax, Zini is healthy. ;)

Throwing a Brick is a good way to get their attention. ;)

"Hallo Marc..."
"Is this Marc, of OpenMW?"
"Yes..."
"Hey, it's the Brick... you're alive! Good!"
