What is using the dejavu? If nothing, why are we shipping it?
Re: Getting OpenMW into Debian and Ubuntu.
I started making a daedric font, and I've done A, B, and C so far.
I went for a more sharp look than the old daedric font, but I could make a weathered version when I'm done.

Awesome! Can we get a preview? You planning on making it SIL OFL? If finished, we can also push it upstream to debian (which means ubuntu as well).wheybags wrote:I started making a daedric font, and I've done A, B, and C so far.

I may well release it under the WTFPL :3
But yeah, sure, if that license is needed.

Is a screenshot from last night, just of the A, files are on my desktop at home (turned off ;_;), so I can't show B and C yet.

Re: Getting OpenMW into Debian and Ubuntu.
eb garamond is in debian unstable and will show up in ubuntu after 13.10 is released.
Package name: fonts-ebgaramond
http://packages.qa.debian.org/f/fonts-ebgaramond.html
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/fonts-ebgaramond
Ogre is still 1.8.0, but has been patched to compile against boost 1.53 (does this help anything?). They're waiting for the 1.9 release and will skip straight to that.

We use DejaVu Sans Mono, which is monospaced.sirherrbatka wrote:Can we consider replacing it with something monospaced? Like inconsolata?DejaVu is our console font

I know the wargus package, when installed, helps you get data from a Warcraft 2 CD. Perhaps there could be a package for openmw, then one package for each .ecm file that gets files either from a Morrowind CD or an installation via Wine?

You missed the boat... morrowind installation happens now (from mounted cd/iso) when you first run the owmlauncher on non-windows machines.MaddTheSane wrote:I know the wargus package, when installed, helps you get data from a Warcraft 2 CD.
