EDITOR: Create BSA Archive For Custom Resources.

This is just a general idea, a tool built into the editor which allows modders to create a .bsa file out of all files they select in a pop up menu.

This would make mods much cleaner and easier to install without the hassle of using external utilities.

When we revamp the resources handling after 1.0, we most likely will make the use of archives the default. Loose files will then only be support for backward compatibility. We will have to investigate how the actual workflow should look, but the user should definitely not have to create archives manually.
