Error receiving resolutions?

Just reinstalled Morrowind and tried to install OpenMW with it, but as soon as I changed the Screen in the Graphics section I started getting a "SDL_GetNumDisplayModes failed" error message, and while the game seems to work okay on the first screen, I can't change the fullscreen resolution until I actually load the game on Screen 1 and close it. Screen 2 just straight up does not work.

Is that the graphics section of the launcher or of the in-game settings menu?
