Possibly related, from the sounds of it their issue is less severe though, my game drops to single digit fps, and physics minimally sits at 2+ (looking at a wall or floor) and is dramatically worse where characters are involved, pretty sure I saw it peak up to 20+ a couple times, but usually 11-13 in populated areas like Balmora.

I took out like 98% of the textures in the mod and it was still an issue, cycled through using no more than 200 textures at a time and it seems any textures from the pack cause it to misbehave, with a slightly lesser effect, still completely unplayable.... maybe I just need to do the legwork and set up my own texture pack :?

As comparison, on a Raspberry Pi 2, I was getting about 15fps while outside/exterior but that was with vanilla textures. :)
