That is intended mostly for switching to a different ini file. I don't see how the import could fail. Unless there is no ini file at all, which will result in a different message and is a no-win situation anyway.

I don't understand why importing an ini file is that much mandatory.
I mean, without it, a default character could be built and placed at the starting point in the boat.
I was most disturbed when I bumpbed into the error message (which indicates nothing about the real problem).
