AppVeyor isn't doing its thing since Scrawl left GitHub

The AppVeyor CI was in Scrawl's name, and it seems to not be happening any more. My guess is that he'd logged in with his GitHub account and now he's got rid of that, it's got rid of AppVeyor, too.

Someone needs to reactivate it.

On the case... the original problem was that AV didn't support groups like Travis-CI did and everything was under someone's name. This might have changed.

https://ci.appveyor.com/project/scrawl/openmw <-- still available...

Existing stuff is still available, but new PRs and new commits to existing PRs aren't triggering a rebuild.

OK, updated the webhook. It should go to here now:
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/psi29a/openmw

Let me know if you or anyone needs access to this project via PM. Scrawl and I had a hell of a time figuring out how to do that. Basically you have to log into your account on AV, then select another 'shared' account to get access to the project. Not trivial to use.

Can you do an empty commit to that PR? That should trigger a new AV build.

One more thing that will need changing is the link at the top of the readme.

Done.
