Like I reported before OpenMW grinds to a halt on my machine, with the fps not exceeding 0 fps in exterior cells. No difference between the mwrender and the nomwrender branch. However, if I compile openmw against the svn version of Bullet the slowdown disappears. I get around 30 fps in Seyda Neen with the nomwrender branch and around 40 in the same cell with the mwrender branch.

The version of Bullet that seems to cause the slowdown on my machine is 2.79 (rev2440.)

Currently all deps on deb side are at 2.77 and Ubuntu only ships 2.77 at the moment. So we are good there. :)

I compiled some different revisions of Bullet and it is fixed in either revision 2465 or revision 2466. Both being fixes for memory allocation problems, which makes sense.
So everything after rev. 2466 is working. Everything before 2.78 too.
