Installation Wizard
Re: Installation Wizard
I'd say take one of the chargen sentences in Morrowind.ini, they should be present for every language. IANAL but I bet including it as plain-text instead of a hash can't be considered copyright infringement.

Re: Installation Wizard
A hash is non-reversible so we limit our legal exposure that way, let us not tempt fate.
We do not lose reliability by hashing, and if we get bug reports that a hash does not exist in our code... we can ask the user to file a bug report with what version of the game they are using, where it was bought and etc. At that point, we can then offer them a chance to change their encoding if we are not 100% certain.

Re: Installation Wizard
Since Libunshield works on Windows, I saw no reason to make the wizard Linux/Mac only. I could add a note that if you want a stand-alone Morrowind installation you should run the original Setup instead, but I'm not sure that's really necessary.
