Amazing, it is working without any problem, the framerate is high enough to be smooth and playable, outside stutters a little sometimes.
It is possible to import pc saves (YAY!!), but I just cannot install any mod ):
Phone: ASUS Zenfone 3 - 3GB Ram
UPDATE
I managed to install a couple of mods: copy the esp/esm files in your data directory, then open OpenMW and set this as 'custom command line arguments'
--content Morrowind.esm Tribunal.esm Bloodmoon.esm <your mods.esm>
Spaces or strange characters may cause trouble.

It works and plays fairly smooth! Sometimes a big buggy in populated areas.
Playing on a Huawei P10 Light (4GB/Android7)

Amazing work. What's the license though? Are you planning on making source code available? If so, would you like to see it in F-Droid? (A package manager and FOSS software catalogue for android, mainly used by people who don't want to use google apps)

Anyone know if there's a way to get a Bluetooth controller such as a MOGA working with this?

Hi, I would like to show you, how use openmw on android with mods, just like on any other system.
Steps I've done are:
You need program which can edit apk with.
I use apk editor, so i modified following files
Settings.cfg
Openmw.cfg
You can try various settings and edits, I show you what I use and play,
At first, everything with hashtag (#) will be skipped ingame
Settings.cfg - lines i've added/edited
-
Spoiler: Show
- [Video]
framerate limit = 60.0
#limit fps to save battery and less heat
[GUI]
subtitles = true
#subtitles by default
[Game]
best attack = true
prevent merchant equipping = true
show owned = 3
[Saves]
# Name of last character played, and default for loading save files.
character =Pepa
#Pepa is my character name
Openmw.cfg - lines I've added
-
Spoiler: Show
- fallback-archive=Bloodmoon.bsa
#fallback-archive=TR_Data.bsa
#fallback-archive=PT_Data.bsa
#(if you remove hashtags, this add tamriel rebuilt, bloodmoon is example, how it may look)
Next there you see how I activate esp mods etc.
data=storage/emulated/0/mw/datafiles
content=Morrowind.esm
content=Bloodmoon.esm
content=Tribunal.esm
content=PatchforPurists.esm
content=Official.ESP
content=SeasonAndLatitudeScaling1p1.esp
content=HortatorNerevarineFix.ESP
content=TribunalDelay.esp
content=SolsteimRumourFix.esp
content=magickareg.esp
resources=/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.libopenmw.openmw/resources
again if hashtags are removed, i manually add another data folder (openmw mod way of clean install)james ddata tamriel rebuilt inside.
#data=storage/emulated/0/mw/ddata
#content=Tamriel_Data.esm
#content=TR_Mainland.esm
#content=TR_Mainland_1709_hotfix4.esp
#content=TR_Mainland_1709_hotfix5.esp
#content=TR_Preview.esp
#content=TR_Travels.esp
#content=TR_Factions.esp
raw file looks slightly different, without hashtags etc., and after that I've repacked apk with modified files, so it isnt going to be replaced with different values.
I hope you get the idea, think of this post as a guide. I hope I made this clear. Enjoy
