The Lighting Mod - sneak modifier problem

I have a problem concerning TLM - The Lighting Mod:

with TLM i don't see the light based sneak modifier (depending on locations) when i play in interior cells. (not the "carry light" malus - this one works ok)

in the esp (complete.esp (TLM complete version)) it seems that the light based sneak scripts (_sneak_X) are started by _sneakX light objects (and the _sneakX light objects "count" is 0 (?)).
and it seems that the light based sneak scripts never start.

It seems that the light based sneak modifier depending on interior cells aren't really implemented.

i'm not a modder, i don't understand.
