This file seems to be unavailable now. If it really is as simple as loading the meshes in niftools and changing that flag, I'll redo this soon and upload somewhere less shady and more permanent.

So you feel free to make a derivative mod, like "Vurt's GroundCover Modified" and make sure you quote the text above in your README
