Chalk V 3.1

In my endeavor to help catalog mods, I've run into a bit of an issue. Not a big one, but one I am not sure how to address when editing the wiki. A mod by Mana User, called chalk, adds chalk you can write with in game. The mod works great with no console outputs, but it does edit several leveled lists. To the best of my knowledge, leveled lists are not yet merged in OpenMW, so you have to use Wrye Mash in a vanilla install, and bring over the mased list.esp. In my research on the issue on these forums, I found a tool someone made to do the same thing for OpenMW without the need for Wrye Mash. My question is, what should I say in the mod description? Should I mention both methods? Which is preferred?
