GCD has some issues with OpenMW; check out our Mod status wiki page for more information. MADD Leveler has not been tested yet. Feel free to test it on OpenMW.
I've used Madd Leveler fairly extensively under OpenMW without issues, although I haven't really been testing to see if it works the same as on vanilla.
