A lot easier to just instruct the batch file to use the _n and _nh files instead. That's what I did. And the alpha channels work fine to, I just changed the output DDS format to dxt5 instead of dxt1. It's just that everything looks fubar in-game. :roll:

Generate normal maps from the atlas will not work well at all. I don't generate normal maps from the diffuse maps. I make custom textures for that purpose. And I use different settings for the normal map generation for each texture.
