need help using morrownd cs,

how do i disable teleportation spell, ie divine intervention, in an interior. where is the option to do so?

Magas volar, akulakhan chamber and sotha sil are examples of interiors that disables teleportation.

I am not sure about how Magas Volar works, but in other mentioned cases a game uses DisableTeleporting console command.

See for example the script TribunalMain in Tribunal.esm, which disables levitation in Mournhold, and disables teleporting in certain cells.

ok so we use disableteleporting, but how about magas volar, i cant find the script to modify that cell to enable teleport.
