How do you register BSA Files with OpenMW?

Not about OpenMW? Just about Morrowind in general? Have some random babble? Kindly direct it here.

I just had a look, and apparently the fallback archive setting has nothing to do with any of the other fallback settings - it's just got a similar name. In this case, it means fallback as in what to use if a loose version of a file doesn't exist. Ignore all the things I've said, as they're not relevant.
