Need help

I cant seem to find the leveled list table in openmw-cs. Can anyone show me where to find it? I wanted to add an item to a leveled list.

In the World/Objects table.

Apply a filter like !string("Record Type",".*list.*") to list item and creature levelled lists.

Next time, try a more specific title to your thread than "Need help". It's much easier for others browsing the forum to know if they might be able to help you or not. In this case, a title like "Can't find the leveled list table in openmw-cs" would have been a good one.
