Greetings,
The bread loaf in MW is so low-res that looks more like a hunk of meat than a load of bread, so I thought I'd try to create a new one.

Re: Trying To Create Better Bread Loaf
It looks nice, but I feel that it is a bit too photorealistic and feels out of place compared to the background table. Maybe it would look better if the table too had a texture replacer, but as is I'm not sure it is as effective as it could be.
Then again, it doesn't look like a hunk of meat, so mission accomplished there!

Re: Trying To Create Better Bread Loaf
Thanks for the feedback, I take your point about it being more detailed than the background. That example was displayed using pure vanilla MW with low-res textures (have it setup that way for testing mods). It was on a white marble mantle and I was up very close to show the bread.
I normally run OpenMW with lots of hires texture replacements, so it should fit better with those. I didn't really see a point in creating a low-res texture. Here is another example that's a little more in context with some higher resolution textures. I also lightened the color of the bread a bit, which is better, I think.

Perhaps the shape and overall look of the bread could be better but I'm not sure how to design it to be more lore appropriate.
Thanks
