IMNSHO, the stats tab in Morrowind and OpenMW are not well designed. Factions, Reputation, and Bounty are tacked onto the end of the right hand column and are out of sight without scrolling down. This is a nuisance when trying to compare Faction requirements with your Skills. I think it would be better to display Factions, etc., in the left column. The scroll bar would then have to apply to the whole tab, not just the Skills column.

With your layout if the stats window has the small size, left column (factions, reputation, etc.) will not be available at all.
So we will need to unite the whole left column to single widget and add a second scrollbox here.

Or, have one scroll bar that applies to the whole tab. I just got lazy and didn't Krita-shop the scroll bar in the mock-up.
