Yes, but i feel like we could go to 0.2 with terrain + water + dialogues

It's a little off topic, but maybe we should change versions numbers: i mean, if we continue like this, we will have a jump from openmw 0.19 to openmw 1.0, it's kind of strange
That is not strange at all. That is exactly how it is supposed to work. You increment minor until you reach a major milestone, then set minor to 0 and increment major.

Or you have a version number which tends to PI. Which is far cooler but already done and very confusing :P
