I think, there should be accessible list of suggested features that are accepted or rejected, so people can easily see if their feature is already considered.

I suppose that the list of OpenMW-exclusive features shows those that were accepted.

I thought that this is a list of already implemented features, not features that will be implemented in the future. And no list of rejected features.

Not sure if that is what you are looking for, but the bug tracker allows to query features.
