Water in OMW looks awesome. However, all these water outlets around the cantons produce essentially zero additional water ripple. Could water ripple be added to waterfalls, etc?

We do have this bug for improving water ripples, but it's just limited to actors.

No, there are no ripples in vanilla game.

IIRC, you can get ripples from waterfalls only with MGE XE with Abot's water shader. Take a look at this video.
