In some way it would be nice to leave comments in our modding work. If anyone can work out a good scheme for notes assigned to records, I think it would be really useful.
My basic idea stems from wanting to attach notes to things like mesh records or NPC records, allowing the modder to leave important information regarding functionality and purpose for himself and other modders.
