This is very surprising though that we are getting Oblivion before even drag and drop to scene in OpenMW-CS. I hope we will eventually get some Oblivion-level or better combat system.
Let's not get too ahead of ourselves - all we currently have is rendering some static content in OpenCS. This is not the engine.

I can highly recommend Open Broadcaster Software, it's great and free.

On-Topic: Great progress! Would be amazing if some day it were actually possible to play Oblivion via OpenMW.

You won't, OpenMW isn't meant to play Oblivion. You can import statics, terrain and a few other things... but you or someone else would have to fork OpenMW and rebuilt it to support actually playing Oblivion.
