opencs 0.34 - no window

OpenCS 0.34 (windows install) does not open any editing window. Just the text log window. OpenCS 0.32 works ok.

Look for the "wrench button" in the menu, click in the "window" option, choose the resolution and all will be fine.

All were ok in the settings. Perhaps some init bug. Opening the settings dialog helped.

[Tinker]

Opening the settings window reinitialises the .cfg file, no need to change any settings and everything should work as expected.
