Thanks @EmperorArthur and @dEnigma. I will probably play a bit more with the settings in the near future though and see if I can improve things more.
BTW would it be interesting to see this as a pull request as a replacement for the current shaders (or rather, once I've played with it a bit more)?

I did same thing some time ago (never managed to record it) + i replaced water bump map with my own. Only thing i dont like is this "transparency" in "corners" of water, when it collide with some objects ex walls in Vivec etc and you can see through it, i hope that someday it will be fixed. Sorry for my fps drops, i cant make it record stable 30 fps at least in OpenMW (on Skyrim theres no problem :v)
