Need omwsave editor

Would be exceptionally useful to have an omwsave file editor, since none of the Windows editors for MW savegame files are going to work on OpenMW's format. This would be useful for fixing annoying problems like when a common ingredient is flagged as stolen from an owner that's an entire faction, as well as for testing, like restarting a quest by clearing the bits that say it's been accepted, declined, or completed.

I second this, also to find out which of the plugins I've forgot to enable when loading a save.

UPD: Scratch that, I'm retarded, openmw.log does exactly that. But still, an editor would be nice.
