Awesome public domain environmental assets

Post by poVoq » 05 Feb 2014, 14:37

A bit of drama related to these, and they are currently only available in a Torque3D compatible format (collada):

Especially the Conifer forest pack could make OpenMW look quite Skyrim like ;)

Anyways... this could go a long way to make OpenMW look a lot better. Maybe even as a partial asset replacement pack for playing Morrowind itself.

Says so somewhere in the release form, though I'd drop a quick e-mail first just to be safe. EDIT: Look at the first line under the "LICENSE:" thing.

Collada files are pretty nice; not sure if you'll lose something getting them to an OpenMW-accessible format but I've had good luck in working with them in the past.
