Looks like a bug (you can add an issue to the tracker if you want).
Note that you can actually talk with certain creatures (e.g. Creeper in caldera, ghorak manor)
Not sure if there's a flag in the ESM to indicate if you can talk to it, or if it uses only the fact that the creature is currently in combat mode?

I'll need further description or a screenshot.

Hey guys, where do we stand on the 0.14.0 release? I see a few RCs have been posted, and a few have been tested, but nothing conclusive about wether we're ready for release? Someone get me up to speed, and I'll prod things in the right direction. :)

One showstopper bug in the launcher. And pvdk is unavailable until the 21th.

Doesn't look like we are getting a fix on short notice.

Since the last RC we didn't have any non-trivial changes; only some cout spam cleanup and some modifications to the Windows installer (which have already been tested, I believe).

So we can go ahead and have a release now. But make sure to add a notice about the rendering system selection regression in the launcher.

Zini, that bug is the one pvdk needs to fix, right? Isn't he back already?

Yes, yes, I'm back, but I ran into some troubles when upgrading my system yesterday to get VirtualBox working. Will see if I can fix the problem now but I saw the target version of the bug got changed to 0.15.0.
