There needs some wiki cleaning up.

Here are a list of orphaned pages that should linked to and contents updated.

There are also duplicated content which should be merged, for example the Project History seems to be a rehash of Changelog but updated to 0.12 release. I renamed Changelog to oldchangelog so that hopefully we can either reused the page later as something else or delete it.

Can we please search first before adding new pages. There should be a way to prune away dead/duplicate pages.

There are also missing images/files:

Perhaps they exist in the old wiki or something.
