About updating also the FAQ page of openmw.org needs some updating. It states OpenMW does not render terrain or water...

I'm not sure that we have access to the sourceforge page anymore? Correct me if I'm wrong?

Got to say, that this week's update is pretty damned unprofessional.

What, because he used a meme picture? If that's the case, I'm going to say that you'll just need to get over it. We are not the kind of project that must refrain from using things like that. On the other hand, if you're saying it was unprofessional to call TR out like that ... well, as far as I'm concerned it was unprofessional of them to use .bmp to store some of their textures. He wasn't saying anything with regard to the actual artistic quality of the textures or anything.

Why not, I don't know, actually talk to them about it instead of insulting them? That's what they'd like - http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/141408 ... __22339510

Now they know. :)

How do you think Nividia felt when Linus did his famous 'shout out' to fix their problem'? How professional was that?

Oh come on, if someone is seriously offended by a silly Zoidberg meme they really should really re-consider their life. You cannot allways suger coat everything and I don't see the harm in poking a little fun as long as it isn't with bad intentions. You cannot get too obsessed with being nice to everyone, the real world isn't nice and smooth either. I thought it was funny and TR should ix this, but if they don't things willl still work, so OpenMW doesn't need to care. It would only help TR offer a better user experience and by the end of the day that's what counts.
