Almost gotten new OSG packages built up now, the VS2013 and 2015 packages won't have the same dependency versions though, but I can build up newer packages later on to fix that then.
I'll throw in a PR to update the CI scripts once the new packages are in place.
Edit:
An hour later and packages are finally done, not going to have time to build up test packages with them today though, but RDP should hopefully work for starting up packaging tests remotely from work.
OpenMW 0.43.0
Re: OpenMW 0.43.0
Okay. I'll be away for a couple of hours. When I am back, I will start getting the RC phase ready immediately.
Re: OpenMW 0.43.0
The release branch and the changelog are ready.
@raevol: Over to you.
P.S.: There may be further adjustments to the changelog. If that happens I'll let you know.

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0
I'm going to try to keep a rolling status for the various release tasks as this thread progresses. Currently:

I see that we have a lot of other packagers on our team page. Traditionally we haven't put distro-specific packages through the RC process. Should I take psi29a off this list? Or add the others to the list? Or are we ok as it is? Are there other things that should be added to the list?
Let me know any corrections that I need to make to this. I'll try to edit and re-post this every time I check this thread and there are updates. I also am going to remove it from previous posts every time I edit it, and link those posts to the new post.

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0
We need RCs first... but once we say that things are tested and we are ready for release builds, then they go into staging until you say: release the hounds, then I move from staging to official. Once the official 'tag' is set, that means the RC process is finished and that is 'the release', regardless if you posted a release on the front page of openmw.org or not. That is what I'll use to upload to debian.
We're still bocked on debian by gcc7 problem with mygui, until that is fixed (out of my hand)... then only openm 0.41 is available. Likely 0.42 will be skipped and hopfully they upload my 0.43 build.

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0
Fatal error on the 64 build. verified against the 64 bit official distribution using the same steps to eliminate the risk of it being a machine specific error/ user error.
Error produced "Trying to retrieve a non-existing setting: preload num threads."

Re: OpenMW 0.43.0
There's a second line to the error:
Make sure the settings-default.cfg file is properly installed
There appears to be a new line (line 46) in that file, not in previous versions:
preload num threads = 1
which may be connected

Alright, sounds like there's no reason for me to track here then. I'll take it off the list.
