Oh nice... well, packages are up! I'll post the release announcement to the main website, and then ElderTroll and I need to spread the word.

OpenMW 0.12.0
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
Any ideas why this is not showing up on the main page?raevol wrote:EDIT: omg: http://openmw.org/2012/03/06/openmw-0-12-0-released/
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
Some cache not cleared maybe? If you look at the list of posts for March is says 1 on the main page but when you click on it it says 2 *shrugs*
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
It's showing up for me now. Yay!
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
Do you have the latest directx update ? I had similar problem with win32 then I updated the directx with directx_Jun2010_redist.exe and it solved the d3dx9_43.dll problem.K1ll wrote:I've tried it and it's missing the d3dx9_43.dll used by the direct3d9 renderer.Ace (SWE) wrote:Rejoice, Windows x64 build: http://ace.haxalot.com/projects/OpenMW/ ... -win64.exe
(Haven't been able to test it properly as I built it over remote desktop)
Everything works fine when using the opengl renderer.
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
tested x64 on arch linux.
launcher works, but openmw doesn't start:
maybe you didn't compile ogre with freeimage-dev ?

Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
Teste x64 on my simple mepis (debian stable). Works like charm
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
Strange, I added Ogre 1.7.2 as a dependency because the main repo has Ogre 1.8. It has freeimage as a dependency and it works here. However, the package is flagged out-of-date, so we might want to look for another Ogre package.scrawl wrote:maybe you didn't compile ogre with freeimage-dev ?
Re: OpenMW 0.12.0
I meant the binary .tar.gz package from the download page. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
