To be honest, I sure hope not. rc6 is closer to what I would consider a 'ready' package for Ubuntu as it fixes some the missing css/qss stylesheet problem we've been having. All the 'alpha/rc' packages are still marked as 0.11.1-xxx even if the name of the deb itself is something else.
There should be a tagged release of 0.12 in git and a tar ball of the source. Everyone should then make packages based on that tagged release.

Tagged. Development for 0.12.0 is officially closed now. Release, please!
There are three things that need to be mentioned in the release message:
1. The launcher regression on 32bit Ubuntu (some button/background graphics missing).
2. That you need to remove all old openmw.cfg, if you want the automatic detection of MW installations to work.
3. If the data path is set manually and it contains spaces, it needs to be put inside quotation marks.
I will finish the after-release cleanup (tracker, code documentation upload and such) as soon as possible and will then take a look at the state of 0.13.0.
My CPU is a bit tied up at compiling x64 QT at the moment, I'll see if I can get a build done later today. Tomorrow at the latest.
Update:
I think I was way too optimistic about getting a x64 build done by tomorrow, apparently my 64-bit Qt release build is broken. Either that or something else is completely wrong.
We'll see when the x64 build gets done

Done. The source documentation has been uploaded to the usual place. The github repository has been updated. Development for 0.13.0 goes into master now. We will eventually have a new next branch for 0.14.0.
it is possible that I have slightly screwed up when merging the FindOGRE file. But it works for me.
